Commercial Contracts Negotiator - Up to £38,000 (d.o.e) Flexible/Hybrid Working. Full Time post but will consider Part Time for the right candidate!

Our client is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts person with a proven track record in commercial contracts. Educated to degree level, you will be responsible for the negotiation, drafting, and administration of commercial sales contracts for the group. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to secure contracts across our various business sectors, so as well as being a good communicator, you will have an organised and methodical approach to your work.

As the Commercial Contracts Negotiator you will provide leadership on contractual issues always seeking to minimise business risk and maximise business value.

• Review Contract Terms & Conditions, prepare, negotiate and finalise all types of customer agreements required
• Provide support to the sales and bid team to review customer documents and help to prepare appropriate compliant and competitive offers
• Colllect and coordinate information internally and consolidate the contribution of all key functional stakeholders involved in order to establish the contract documentation
• Identify business risks and propose mitigation through appropriate contract terms
• Flow down terms to agreements with subcontractors and partners as applicable
• Review, revise or prepare teaming agreements, maintenance & support subcontractors, MSA's and NDA's
• Consulting and working closely with Legal Counsel Consultant to ensure legal compliance

As the next Commercial Contracts Negotiator you will be Degree qualified in Contract Law or similar, you will be an excellent Communicator and have meticulous attention to detail.
